Terms of Use
Welcome to Tapestry. The following terms outline the guidelines and limitations that apply to your use of our mobile app, websites, products, and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these rules. If you have any inquiries, feedback, or issues related to these Terms or the Services themselves, feel free to reach out to us at support@tapestryshow.ca.
Corporate Office Address: [Insert Here]
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legally enforceable agreement between you and [Insert Company Name], LLC (“Tapestry,” “we,” or “us”). You must fully accept and agree to these Terms to access or use our Services. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of all provisions stated here, which remain effective throughout your use of the platform. These Terms incorporate the information provided in this document as well as that found on our website, tapestryshow.ca.
Will these Terms change?
We continually strive to enhance the Services, which may require us to revise these Terms. We reserve the right to update or amend the Terms at any time. If we do make changes, we will inform you by posting a notice on the Tapestry website, updating the mobile application, contacting you via email, or through other reasonable means.
Should you disagree with the updated Terms, you may choose to stop using the Services. By continuing to use the Services after changes have been made effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
No change, addition, or deletion to these Terms will be valid unless explicitly agreed upon in a written document signed by both parties (you and Tapestry), aside from the changes made by us as described above.
How is my privacy handled?
At Tapestry, your privacy is a priority. To understand how we handle your information, please consult our Privacy Policy at tapestryshow.ca.
Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), parental consent is required for the online collection of personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Tapestry does not knowingly collect or request personal data from anyone under 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not attempt to register or submit any personal data to us. If we discover that we’ve collected such data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe this may have occurred, please notify us at tapestryshow.ca.
We also comply with additional regulations regarding minors, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA), the California Education Code Section 49073.1 and AB 1584, and the Student Online Personal Information Protection Act (SOPIPA).
Basic Guidelines for Using Tapestry
In order to use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account and supply a password and email address. This email will function as your “Tapestry User ID.” You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date registration information. You may not select a Tapestry User ID that you’re not authorized to use or that impersonates someone else. You also may not transfer your account without our express written permission.
Tapestry and its affiliated applications (“Tapestry apps”) are licensed solely for use within the United States and its territories. Use of the Services from outside the U.S. is a violation of these Terms. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you are doing so in accordance with U.S. law and only within the permitted geographic regions.
You confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement, or, if you are a minor, that you have obtained a parent’s or guardian’s consent to use the Services and accept these Terms on your behalf. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization or business, you affirm you are authorized to do so, and that “you” and “your” in this context refers to that organization.
You agree to use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If any aspect of your use violates the law, you are not authorized to use the Services. We disclaim responsibility for any illegal use of the Services.
You must keep your password confidential and are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing login details or granting others access to your account is strictly prohibited.
You must not post or distribute content that is violent, pornographic, hateful, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful. This includes nudity, partial nudity, or any sexually suggestive materials.
You are strictly prohibited from uploading or disseminating any content that exploits children in any way. This includes child sexual abuse imagery—even in cartoon or animated form—and any portrayal of minors in a sexual context. Such content will be removed, and we will take action including potential account termination and reporting to authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement agencies.
If you come across content of this nature, do not engage with it by commenting or sharing. Instead, notify us directly at tapestryshow.ca.
Additional Usage Restrictions
You agree not to contribute or interact with content on the Services in any way that:
- (a) Infringes upon the rights, including intellectual property rights, of others (including Tapestry);
- (b) Violates laws or regulations;
- (c) Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate;
- (d) Compromises your own or anyone else’s Tapestry account security;
- (e) Attempts to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or sensitive information;
- (f) Breaks into computer systems, or bypasses security mechanisms;
- (g) Uses auto-responders, mailing lists, or other automated systems to interfere with the Services;
- (h) Crawls, scrapes, or uses automated tools to access Service data without permission;
- (i) Copies or saves large portions of Content (you may download individual photo albums);
- (j) Reverse-engineers or attempts to derive source code from the Services.
Violating any of these restrictions may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your access.
Although we are not obligated to monitor your activity or content, we reserve the right to review, screen, remove, or restrict any material that we believe violates these Terms. You remain solely responsible for any material you upload, send, or store via the Service.
Tapestry is not a data backup provider. Any content you upload may not be retrievable, especially if deleted or removed. We recommend keeping personal backups of your content. We are not responsible for data loss or service disruptions.
What Are My Rights in Tapestry?
All materials accessible through the Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, articles, images, data, and user submissions—are protected under intellectual property laws. You agree to comply with all copyright and trademark notices, and not to use or exploit content you do not own without proper authorization.
Tapestry retains ownership of the Services themselves, and you agree not to alter, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as specifically allowed.
While certain content may be available for download, doing so does not waive or remove these restrictions.
Do I Grant Tapestry or Other Users Any Licenses?
Yes. Any content you post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide through the Services is considered your “User Submission.” Some of these submissions may be visible to other users. In order to display your User Submissions within the Services and allow others to view or interact with them (where applicable), you grant Tapestry specific rights to use that content. All of the following license terms are subject to our Privacy Policy at tapestryshow.ca/privacypolicy, especially when your User Submissions include personally identifiable information.
For every User Submission, you grant Tapestry a license to translate, modify (such as for technical compatibility—for instance, so your content can be viewed on different devices), reproduce, and otherwise take actions necessary to operate the Services or fulfill any product requests you make. This license does not impact your ownership; you retain full rights to your User Submissions.
If your User Submission is saved in your personal Tapestry account in a way that no one else can view it (a “Personal User Submission”), you give Tapestry permission to display, perform, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to make it accessible to you and to provide the necessary Services or create any requested product that includes it.
If your User Submission is shared in a limited way—viewable only by specified individuals (such as private messages)—it’s considered a “Limited Audience User Submission.” For these, you also grant Tapestry the rights described above, and you authorize us to display, perform, reproduce, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of making it available to those specific recipients and fulfilling any related product requests. Additionally, you give those designated users a license to access and use the content in accordance with the platform’s features, including the creation of products that incorporate it.
If your User Submission is shared more broadly—publicly visible to all users of the Services—it is classified as a “Public User Submission.” In this case, you grant Tapestry all of the rights mentioned above, plus permission to display, perform, and distribute that content to all users of the platform. You also allow Tapestry and its users to use and exercise rights over that content in connection with the Services or in the production of any products that include it. Additionally, you grant every other user of the Services a license to access, use, and interact with your Public User Submission as allowed by the platform, including the right to create and order products that contain it.
The Services also enable users—including you—to purchase goods that feature User Submissions. If you have shared a Limited Audience or Public User Submission, your granted licenses include permission for such content to be reproduced and distributed to fulfill these user-generated product orders.
All licenses you grant to Tapestry under this section are royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, and applicable worldwide. However, if you delete your Tapestry account, we will no longer show your User Submissions (excluding Public User Submissions, which may remain visible and accessible) to other users. Still, you understand that it may not be feasible to completely erase all copies of your content from Tapestry’s systems or backups, and other users may have stored or duplicated your submissions.
You also acknowledge that in order to provide Services to all users—including yourself—Tapestry may need to technically alter your content (such as resizing or formatting), and all granted licenses include permission to make such changes.
Lastly, employees and contractors working for Tapestry may view your User Submissions—including Private, Limited Audience, and Public content—if necessary in the course of service operation, support, or moderation.
What Should I Do If I Believe My Copyright Has Been Infringed?
If you believe your copyrighted material has been used in a way that violates your rights, you may be familiar with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). This U.S. law allows content owners to request the removal of material that allegedly infringes their copyrights.
Tapestry takes intellectual property rights seriously. We reserve the right to disable or delete content suspected of infringement and to terminate accounts that are repeatedly the subject of infringement claims. You can review our full Copyright Dispute Policy and find instructions for submitting a notice at tapestryshow.ca.

Who Is Responsible for What I See and Do on the Services?
All information or content that is publicly posted or privately shared through the Services is the sole responsibility of the individual who originated that content. You access such content at your own discretion and risk. Tapestry is not liable for any errors or omissions in this information or for any damages or losses that may result from your use of or reliance on such content.
We do not—and cannot—control how you interpret or respond to the content you encounter on the Services. You acknowledge and agree that we bear no responsibility for how you choose to interact with or react to such content, and you release us from all liability for having accessed or failed to access any particular content through the Services.
We cannot guarantee the identity of any users you interact with while using the Services and are not responsible for who gains access to or uses the Services.
You are solely responsible for any content you contribute to the Services, in any form or manner. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights to do so in the way it is presented. You also agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date registration details. Furthermore, you are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tapestry. By using these third-party services, you acknowledge the potential risks and agree that Tapestry is not responsible for them. We recommend exercising caution when leaving the Services and reviewing the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party sites you access.
Tapestry disclaims all responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or opinions expressed on or through any third-party websites or services. We do not and cannot monitor, verify, censor, or modify content from external sources. By accessing or using the Services, you release and hold Tapestry harmless from any claims or liabilities that arise from your use of such third-party websites or services.
Your interactions with third-party individuals or organizations found through the Services—such as payments, deliveries, terms, warranties, or representations—are strictly between you and those parties. Tapestry is not involved in these dealings and is not liable for any resulting loss or damage. You are encouraged to perform your own due diligence before engaging in any transaction with third parties, whether online or offline.
In the event of a dispute between users, or between a user and any third party, you agree that Tapestry has no obligation to intervene. If a dispute arises involving you and one or more users or third parties, you release Tapestry and its officers, employees, agents, and successors from all known or unknown claims, demands, and damages of any kind—whether disclosed or not—that are connected to the dispute or your use of the Services.
If you reside in California, you specifically waive the protections of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding contract between you and COMPANY NAME HERE, LLC. (“Tapestry,” “we” and “us”). You must agree to and accept all of the Terms, or you don’t have the right to use the Services. Your using the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. These Terms include the provisions in this document, as well as those in the Tapestry tapestryshow.ca, and tapestryshow.ca
Will these Terms ever change?
As we continue to evolve the Services, these Terms may also change. We reserve the right to update them at any time. If changes occur, we will notify you via the website tapestryshow.ca, within the mobile app, by email, or through other reasonable means.
If you disagree with any updated Terms, you are free to stop using the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
No modification to these Terms is valid unless in writing and signed by both you and Tapestry, except as outlined above.
What about my privacy?
Tapestry places high importance on user privacy. Please refer to our current Privacy Policy at tapestryshow.ca.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), which requires parental consent before collecting personal data from children under 13. We do not knowingly collect such information. If you are under 13, do not register or submit personal details. If we discover that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete it. Please contact us at tapestryshow.ca if you believe this has occurred.
We also follow other applicable student and minor data protection laws, including FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, California Education Code Section 49073.1, AB 1584, and SOPIPA.
What are the basics of using Tapestry?
To use the Services, you may be required to register an account using a valid email and create a password, which becomes your “Tapestry User ID.” You agree to provide complete and current registration details. You may not use a name you are not authorized to use, or impersonate someone else. You may not transfer your account without our written consent.
Tapestry’s Services and related applications are licensed only for use within the United States and its territories. Use outside these areas is a breach of our Terms. By using the Services, you confirm your use complies with U.S. law and takes place solely within the U.S. and its territories.
You affirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract, or if not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, all references to “you” also refer to that organization.
You agree to use the Services only for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and in compliance with applicable laws. If your usage violates any laws, you are not authorized to use the Services. We are not responsible if you use the Services unlawfully.
Do not share your login credentials, and safeguard your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through it.
Posting content that is violent, unlawful, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually suggestive is prohibited. Sharing child exploitation content, including cartoons or any depiction of children in a sexual context, is strictly forbidden and will result in account termination and notification to appropriate authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
If you see such content, do not share or comment on it. Report it by emailing us at tapestryshow.ca.
Your use of the Services is subject to the following additional limitations:
You represent and warrant that you will not contribute or interact with the Services in any way that:
(a) infringes on intellectual property or other legal rights of any person (including Tapestry);
(b) violates any law or regulation;
(c) is harmful, fraudulent, misleading, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate;
(d) compromises the security of your or any other account (such as by sharing login credentials);
(e) attempts to collect passwords, account info, or other sensitive details from others;
(f) undermines network security or circumvents encryption;
(g) activates automated tools like mailing lists, autoresponders, or spamming services that interfere with proper Service operation;
(h) uses scraping, crawling, or similar methods to extract data from the Services or Content;
(i) replicates or stores a significant amount of the Content, except when explicitly allowed (e.g., saving photo albums);
(j) attempts to decompile or reverse-engineer the Services or access their source code.
A violation of any of the foregoing is grounds for termination of your right to use or access the Services.
Although we are not obligated to do so, we reserve the right to access, review, and remove your Content at any time and for any reason, particularly if we believe it violates these Terms. Nevertheless, you alone are responsible for the Content you upload, store, send, or publish.
We may remove any Content without prior notice. Removed Content might still be retained by Tapestry to meet legal requirements, but may not be recoverable unless through a valid court order. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups. Tapestry is not intended to serve as a backup system, and you agree not to rely on it for that purpose. We are not liable for any loss, suspension, or termination of Services or Content.
What Rights Do I Have in Tapestry?
The content that is presented, displayed, or accessible through the Services—including but not limited to text, images, data, graphics, articles, illustrations, User Submissions, and similar materials (collectively referred to as the “Content”)—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property regulations. You agree to honor all copyright notices, trademark guidelines, proprietary information, and usage restrictions associated with any Content you access through the Services. You further agree not to use, duplicate, reproduce, alter, translate, publish, broadcast, distribute, perform, upload, exhibit, license, sell, or otherwise utilize any Content not owned by you, unless (i) you have prior written permission from the rightful owner or (ii) such use does not infringe on the rights of others, including Tapestry.
You acknowledge that Tapestry owns the Services. You agree not to alter, distribute, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, replicate (except where explicitly allowed in this Section), create derivative works from, or otherwise take advantage of any part of the Services.
Although the Services may permit copying or downloading certain Content, this functionality does not override or negate the restrictions stated above—all of them still apply.
Do I Need to Grant Licenses to Tapestry or Other Users?
Any content you upload, post, share, store, or otherwise provide via the Services constitutes your “User Submission.” Some of these submissions may be visible to other users. To display your User Submissions on the platform and allow other users to view or interact with them as applicable, you grant Tapestry certain rights. Please note that any such licenses are subject to the tapestryshow.ca/privacypolicy, especially in cases where the submissions involve personally identifiable information.
By submitting content, you provide Tapestry with a license to translate, modify (e.g., for compatibility across devices such as smartphones and desktops), reproduce, and otherwise interact with your User Submissions as necessary to operate the Services and/or fulfill any product orders you place. This license is strictly limited to these purposes and does not affect your ownership rights.
If a User Submission is stored privately in your Tapestry account and is not visible to others (a “Personal User Submission”), you grant Tapestry the license described above, along with rights to display, perform, reproduce, and distribute your Personal User Submission solely for the purpose of making it accessible to you and supporting the related Services or product creation.
If you share a User Submission in a way that only certain designated users can see it (a “Limited Audience User Submission”), you also grant Tapestry the rights described above. In addition, you authorize Tapestry to make the Limited Audience User Submission available to those specific users and to provide any requested products that incorporate it. You also grant those designated users a license to access, use, and exercise all rights in that submission as permitted by the platform’s functionality or to generate related products.
When you share a User Submission publicly (a “Public User Submission”), making it viewable by a broader audience, you grant Tapestry the aforementioned licenses, along with the right to display, perform, and distribute the submission to all users of the Services. You also grant all users the right to access and use the Public User Submission, and to exercise all permitted rights under the platform’s functionality or to produce related goods.
If the Services offer functionality that allows users—including yourself—to purchase items incorporating User Submissions, then by sharing Limited Audience or Public User Submissions, you understand that the above licenses include the right to reproduce and distribute those materials to specified users.
You agree that these licenses are irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable. However, if you delete your account, Tapestry will cease displaying your User Submissions (excluding Public User Submissions, which may remain available), although full deletion from Tapestry’s systems may not be possible. Your content may continue to be visible if it has been duplicated or stored by other users.
You acknowledge and consent that Tapestry may need to alter your User Submissions to meet technical requirements for transmission across networks, devices, or media. The licenses you grant to Tapestry include the authority to make such adjustments.
Tapestry staff and contractors may access and view your User Submissions—including Personal, Limited Audience, and Public User Submissions.
What If I Encounter Content That Violates My Copyright?
If you’re familiar with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), you know that it permits online service providers like Tapestry to remove materials alleged to infringe someone’s copyright. We fully respect the intellectual property rights of others and retain the right to delete or disable allegedly infringing content and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders. You can read our complete Copyright Dispute Policy and learn how to file a complaint at tapestryshow.ca. For general information about the DMCA, please click here.
Who Is Responsible for What I See and Do on the Services?
You are solely responsible for any content or information that you post publicly or transmit privately via the Services. This content is the sole responsibility of the person from whom it originated, and you acknowledge that you access such material at your own risk. Tapestry does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in that material, nor for any resulting damages or losses. We are not obligated to intervene in how you interpret or use the content, nor in the consequences of your exposure to it. You agree to release us from any liability relating to your access to—or lack of access to—content through the Services. We also make no guarantees about the identity of any users you may interact with and are not accountable for who gains access to the Services.
You are fully accountable for any content you submit or contribute to the Services and affirm that you hold all necessary rights to do so in the manner you provide it. You agree to maintain accurate and current registration information and are liable for all activities conducted under your account.
The Services may include links or provide access to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Tapestry. By choosing to access these third-party sites or use their services, you acknowledge the associated risks and accept that Tapestry has no responsibility for those risks. We strongly encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service or website you visit.
Tapestry disclaims any control over—and responsibility for—the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services you interact with. We also do not monitor, verify, censor, or edit third-party content. By using our Services, you agree to release and hold us harmless from any liabilities arising from your interactions with such external platforms.
Any dealings or communications you engage in with individuals or organizations via the Services—such as purchasing goods or services—are strictly between you and those parties. This includes all related terms, warranties, and representations. It is your responsibility to investigate as needed before completing any online or offline transactions. Tapestry bears no responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from such engagements.
Should a conflict arise between users of the Services, or between a user and a third party, you acknowledge that Tapestry is not required to get involved. If a dispute arises involving you and other users, you release Tapestry and its officers, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, damages, or liabilities—whether known or unknown, disclosed or undisclosed—related to such disputes or your use of the Services. If you reside in California, you waive the protections of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
Warranty Disclaimer
Tapestry makes no guarantees or representations regarding any content accessible through the Services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, copyright compliance, or appropriateness of any material accessed via the Services. We also make no warranties regarding recommendations for products or services offered through the Services. All products and services offered—whether or not based on recommendations—are provided “AS IS” without any warranties, unless expressly and unambiguously stated in writing by a third party.
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPESTRY WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY—INCLUDING TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE—for: (a) Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption), or (b) Any aggregate damages exceeding the greater of (i) $100, or (ii) the total amount you paid to Tapestry for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (iii) damages resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tapestry, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) Your use of the Services, including activities conducted by anyone using your account; and (b) Your violation of these Terms. If such a claim arises, and you have an account, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information associated with your account. Failure to receive notice does not eliminate your indemnification obligations.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms or your account without prior written consent from Tapestry. We may assign or delegate our rights and obligations without restriction.
Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, using the Streamlined Arbitration Rules of JAMS, in English, before a single arbitrator experienced in intellectual property and contract law. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the arbitration clause, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court at any time. You and Tapestry consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, or the Northern District of California for such actions.
Miscellaneous
You are responsible for complying with all tax obligations related to your use of the Services. Tapestry may, at its discretion, handle tax withholdings or filings.
Failure by either party to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited or removed as necessary to ensure the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Tapestry regarding the Services and supersede all prior communications or agreements. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties, except as otherwise stated herein.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms. Except for the Apple-related provisions mentioned earlier, there are no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.
Will Tapestry Ever Modify the Services?
Because we continually strive to enhance the Services, changes are inevitable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services, introduce new features, restrict certain functionalities, or limit access to parts or all of the Services. While we’ll attempt to provide advance notice of significant changes that negatively impact your use, this may not always be feasible. Similarly, we reserve the right to remove any Content from the Services at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice—including if we believe the Content violates these Terms.
Is There a Cost to Use Tapestry?
Tapestry offers both free and paid services. Our Free Service may eventually include charges for certain features. By using the Free Service, you agree to receive promotional communications directly from Tapestry. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, but we may contact you or your group members with promotional offers related to Tapestry merchandise. By using the platform, you acknowledge that the intent includes offering photo merchandise for purchase.
If you choose to buy products via the Services, you agree to pay all applicable charges listed on the order page. To complete purchases, you will be required to provide payment and other relevant information, which will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If we decide to start charging for Services you currently use for free, we will notify you in advance, and continued use of those Services will require payment.
How Do Subscription Services Operate?
By subscribing to a monthly or annual Tapestry Club plan (a “Subscription Service”), you gain access to premium features not available in the free version. These subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel according to the cancellation process outlined below.
When you sign up for a Subscription Service or make a purchase through the platform, you agree to the applicable pricing and payment terms, which Tapestry may revise periodically. We may also introduce new paid services or adjust the fees for existing ones. If you are subscribed to a paid plan, we will notify you of any pricing changes, and these changes will take effect in the billing cycle following notice.
Your subscription will auto-renew unless you proactively cancel or downgrade your account. Should you downgrade, you’ll retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. To cancel, you may either delete your account or email support@tapestryshow.ca with your name, registration email, and phone number.
If we are unable to charge your payment method (e.g., due to an expired credit card), we’ll send a notice requesting updated billing information. You will have a three-day grace period to update your payment details. If your payment method isn’t updated within this timeframe, we may terminate your subscription.
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
Yes, you may cancel anytime through Apple. To do this, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. From there, locate your Tapestry subscription and cancel it following Apple’s instructions.
Can I Get a Refund for My Subscription?
You can downgrade your Subscription Service to the free version at any point. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your current subscription period. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current subscription term unless you opt to fully deactivate your account, in which case your account will be terminated immediately.
What Else Should I Know About Subscription Services?
All details you provide in connection with purchases or any financial transactions through the Service must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to pay all costs incurred by users of your chosen payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) at the rates effective when the charges are applied. Any applicable taxes related to purchases or transactions are also your responsibility.
What If I Want to Stop Using Tapestry?
You are free to stop using the Services at any time. You may delete your account within the app or reach out to us directly. Please consult our Privacy Policy at tapestryshow.ca and refer to the license terms described earlier to understand how your data will be handled after discontinuing your use.
Tapestry also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. We are the sole authority in determining whether a breach has occurred.
Please keep in mind that termination of your account may lead to the deletion of any Content associated with it, so consider backing up your data prior to account closure. If you’ve deleted your account by mistake, contact support@tapestryshow.ca as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help, but recovery is not guaranteed.
Some provisions of these Terms will remain in effect even after account termination. These include your responsibilities for payment or indemnification, our limitations of liability, intellectual property terms, and dispute resolution clauses.
I Use the Tapestry App Through the Apple App Store—Is There Anything Special I Should Know?
These Terms apply to your use of all Services, including any Tapestry application downloaded via the Apple App Store (the “Application”). The following additional conditions apply specifically to your use of the Application:

What Else Do I Need to Know?
Warranty Disclaimer Tapestry makes no guarantees or representations regarding any content accessible through the Services.
Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPESTRY WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY—INCLUDING TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE—for: (a) Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption), or (b) Any aggregate damages exceeding the greater of (i) $100, or (ii) the total amount you paid to Tapestry for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (iii) damages resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tapestry, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) Your use of the Services, including activities conducted by anyone using your account; and (b) Your violation of these Terms. If such a claim arises, and you have an account, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information associated with your account. Failure to receive notice does not eliminate your indemnification obligations.
Assignment You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms or your account without prior written consent from Tapestry. We may assign or delegate our rights and obligations without restriction.
Governing Law and Arbitration These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
Miscellaneous You are responsible for complying with all tax obligations related to your use of the Services.
